Subject: Patch 7.2.312
Fcc: outbox
From: Bram Moolenaar <Bram@moolenaar.net>
Mime-Version: 1.0
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit
------------

Patch 7.2.312
Problem: iconv() returns an invalid character sequence when conversion
fails. It should return an empty string. (Yongwei Wu)
Solution: Be more strict about invalid characters in the input.
