Avoid infinite loop in PKGBUILD variable parser (fixes FS#19482).
Improves variable substitution in the PKGBUILD parser a bit to avoid
infinite replacement loops when a PKGBUILD contains assigments of the
form "foo=${foo[@]}bar".
