--state=hot,slow,all force all tests from the save file to be run even if they are not listed on the command line. Therefore they are dropped and replaced by failed which only pulls in tests that failed during the last run. -r and -o are replaced by their long text versions for clarity. This speeds up the initial rendering of the page. For a long history (> ~1000 items) the lazyloading JS creates a noticeable delay (>500ms) depending on the cpu power of the machine.
