port bonding from ifenslave to iproute2
Ifenslave is deprecated according to the kernel documentation:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/Documentation/networking/bonding.txt
It also added an additional, unnecessary dependency. I tried to update
the documentation to reflect this change.
